At LivePure RO, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and services, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for unused RO systems that were purchased through online delivery only.
  • Returns are not applicable for any orders that included installation services.
  • You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the RO system.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • RO systems that have been installed or used, even partially, are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or special-order items are also non-returnable.
  • If an issue occur after first cycle of RO Plant on Installation then you can contact our team for assistance.
  • Please read the detailed specifications before making up a purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number, delivery details, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process if your request meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 15-20 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • LivePure RO does not initiate returns or refunds proactively unless the above conditions are met.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product appears used, damaged, or beyond the 3-day return period.
