1. Returns & Exchanges
We strive for perfection, but we understand that plans change. To maintain the highest health and safety standards for our water systems, please note the following restrictions:
- Sale & Promotional Items: All items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during promotional events are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.
- Standard Items: For regular-priced items to be eligible for a return, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Post-Installation Policy: Once a system or part has been Installed, It is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We cannot restock items that have been connected to a water supply for hygiene reasons.
- Third-Party Vendors: This policy applies only to direct purchases from Livepurefilters.net. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through any third-party vendors or resellers within Pakistan.
2. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the core components of our Reverse Osmosis systems. Our warranty coverage is specific to the following parts:

Note: Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, external physical impact, or usage outside of recommended parameters.
3. Non-Warranty Items (Electrical Parts)
To keep our prices competitive and due to the sensitive nature of electrical fluctuations, we do not provide a warranty on electrical components, including but not limited to:
- Power Adaptors
- UV Filtration Lamps/Chambers
- Solenoid Valves
- Wiring and Connectors
We highly recommend using a high-quality surge protector with your RO system to safeguard these components from local power surges.
How to Claim Warranty
If your RO pump or storage tank fails within the specified period, please contact our support team at 03364082141 with:
- Your Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- A photo or video of the component in question.
